Something Beautiful From The Garden!

We’re so proud or our packaging.  We wanted it to be as unique and special as our truffles so we commissioned an artist to create original art for us that depicts the flower and foliage of the cacao tree--the tree that gives us chocolate.  We’ve always thought our truffles were a work of art, now our packaging is too! We hope you enjoy it.

Some facts about the cacao flower. . . 

Unlike the blossoms of trees in our backyards, the flower of the cacao tree grows directly from the trunk and thicker main branches of the tree, as do the pods from which chocolate is made.  And rather than appearing in succession, the flowers, leaves and pods all appear at the same time and are on the tree all year-round.
